This pastel pencil painting is of David Austin Roses from my garden. The pink rose is named Alnwick Castle after Alnwick Castle in Northumberland, England. The white rose is named Glamis Castle after the castle of that name in Angus, Scotland, the setting for Shakespeare’s Macbeth and home of Queen Elizabeth the mother of our current Queen.
Measures 44 x 34 cm framed. This painting is custom framed in a white wooden frame with a double conservation mat.
