Items for sale here are all made from Australian alpaca, mostly with the finest fleeces from my own animals. I am a dedicated knitter and usually evenings find me working on a hat or scarf.

I dye my white fleeces myself as I prefer the colours I can achieve this way.

The yarns are very soft with a cashmere like feel. Some items are made with hand spun yarns and they are often natural colours from the many colours available in alpacas.

I have my fleece processed at a mini mill in Victoria called Fibre Naturally. This mill can truly be called environmentally friendly using appropriate soaps, rainwater collected from their sheds and solar and battery produced electricity.

I also purchase some alpaca and alpaca blends from one other Australian local processor. They use the most environmentally friendly practices I have been able to access.

You can be assured that the yarns I use are Australian, the highest quality and processed locally.

My alpacas are supplemented with daily feeding and all of the vitamin and mineral supplements needed to be happy and healthy animals that produce high quality fleeces.
